2504 S 4th St “The Loft”
The Loft was one of two homes on S 4th Street that Blair & Carlisle Homes built concurrently. A vacant lot at the time of purchase, 2504 S 4th was large enough to accommodate multiple buildings. However, wanting to save as many trees as possible, Donna and Tamara opted to instead create a single-family residence that would blend with the natural landscape. The Loft features soaring ceilings, an open concept, a lavish master suite, a two-car garage and energy efficient features. Blair & Carlisle Homes worked with Fatter and Evans Architects to design both homes on S 4th Street. The Loft was sold during construction in February 2013.

What started out as a small 3 bed, 2 bath cottage now stands proudly as a 2300 square foot, two-story home, fully updated down to the studs. Donna and Tamara chose to keep the existing bed/bath configuration and simply add a second story master suite as well as open and extend the main living and dining areas. In doing so, they created a home with a double master arrangement and enough space for an extended family. This home was sold during construction in summer 2012-to the neighbors across the street! Architects Chris Cobb and James Murff both contributed to its architectural design.
